Job Responsibilities

• Oversee all daily operations of the fine‑dining Asian restaurant, ensuring the highest standards of food quality, service, and ambiance.


• Lead, mentor, and schedule a diverse team of chefs, kitchen staff, and front‑of‑house personnel to achieve operational excellence.


• Develop and implement menus in collaboration with the executive chef, maintaining authenticity while incorporating seasonal and innovative elements.


• Control inventory, manage supply chain relationships, and ensure cost‑effective purchasing without compromising quality.


• Monitor and improve key performance indicators such as table turnover, average check, guest satisfaction scores, and labor productivity.


• Maintain strict adherence to health, safety, and hygiene regulations, conducting regular audits and staff training.


• Handle guest complaints and feedback with professionalism, turning challenges into opportunities for service improvement.


• Prepare and present regular financial and operational reports to senior management.


• Drive marketing initiatives, special events, and promotional activities to boost brand visibility and revenue.


• Ensure compliance with all local labor laws and company policies.

Essential Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Culinary Arts, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).


• Strong knowledge of Asian cuisine, fine‑dining service standards, and culinary trends.


• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.


• Proficiency in using POS systems, inventory software, and basic accounting tools.


• Fluent in English; Arabic proficiency is a plus.

Desired Experience

• Minimum of 5 years of progressive management experience in a fine‑dining, Asian‑focused restaurant.


• Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth, cost control, and guest satisfaction.


• Proven track record of managing multi‑disciplinary teams of 20+ staff members.


• Experience with high‑end culinary concepts, menu development, and upscale service delivery.


• Exposure to the Gulf region’s hospitality market is advantageous.
