Restaurant Manager (Italian concept)

A 5-star luxury hotel in Kuwait is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead operations for one of its signature dining outlets, with a focus on delivering an authentic, high-end Italian dining concept.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring a seamless and elevated guest experience


• Lead, train, and manage front-of-house restaurant staff


• Maintain quality standards for food, service, and ambiance in line with the Italian concept


• Manage reservations, guest relations, and VIP service standards


• Monitor stock, ordering, and supplier coordination in collaboration with the culinary team


• Handle guest feedback and resolve service issues professionally


• Support cost control and revenue targets for the outlet


• Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and hotel policy standards

Requirements

• Must have experience in luxury hotels with an Italian dining concept


• Proven restaurant management experience in a 5-star environment


• Strong leadership and guest service skills
