The Restaurant Reservations & Sales Manager is responsible to plan and coordinate sales & reservations activities
Responsibilities
- Comprehend and understand operations and general business policies and procedures of Sunset Hospitality Group.
- Identifies sales & events opportunities forecasting projected business; establishing targeted sales opportunities
- Support all sales operations and general business policies when interacting with managers and employees
- Develop appropriate creative and implementation sales plan within its industry, soliciting appropriate input from the Restaurant Manager and Island GM
- Recommending selling prices; monitoring costs, competition, supply, and demand
- Preparing and completing action plans; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems; completing audits; identifying trends; determining system improvements; implementing change
- Accomplishes sales objectives by planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating advertising, merchandising, and trade promotion programs; developing field sales action plans
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Sales & Events or business administration degrees.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Hospitality & Restaurant Industries
- Excellent Interpersonal and communications skills
- Excellent computer skills
- Experience working with 7Rooms
