Job Summary : We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Service Steward & Assistant Waiter to join our fine dining establishment. This role is essential to maintaining the elegant ambiance and seamless service that our guests expect. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to providing exceptional guest experiences.

Responsibilities :

Ensure tables are impeccably set according to restaurant standards, including proper placement of linens, cutlery, glassware, and centerpieces.

Assist waiters in serving dishes, clearing plates, refilling water glasses, and attending to guest needs throughout the dining experience.

Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, floors, and service stations. Adhere to strict sanitation protocols.

Monitor and replenish service stations with necessary supplies such as silverware, napkins, and condiments.

Engage with guests in a polite and professional manner, addressing any inquiries or concerns they may have.

Collaborate effectively with the front-of-house and back-of-house teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Perform other duties as assigned by the Restaurant Manager or Supervisor.

Qualifications :

Will be ready and available to start by August - September 2024

Can speak English well, and Arabic (preferred)

Previous experience in a fine dining or upscale restaurant environment is preferred but not required.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, attention to detail, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, strong teamwork and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to stand for extended periods, lift and carry moderate weights, and perform repetitive tasks.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ﷼1,500.00 - ﷼1,600.00 per month
