We’re looking for a Lease Administrator

An opportunity to join Stockland’s Investment Management business  – Lease Management team, supporting the administration of leasing across our national Town Centre property portfolio.
This role is ideal for an experienced retail administrator or retail leasing assistant looking to take the next step, who enjoys working with data, systems and documentation and brings strong attention to detail to high‑volume environments.

What You’ll Do

As a Lease Administrator, you’ll support the leasing process from an administration and data integrity perspective, ensuring commercial lease information is accurate, timely and compliant.

Your responsibilities will include:

• The preparation of offer and related documentation in relation to lease transactions


• Assist in procuring internal approvals

• Setting up and maintaining commercial lease data, terms and key dates within SAP and related systems in line with approvals and mandates


• Working collaboratively with the Contract Lease Specialists in the Lease Management team to facilitate the timely and accurate instruction of leases and milestone management across the end-to-end leasing process.


• Receiving and verifying leasing requirements from internal stakeholders and customers.


• Maintaining accurate filing and records for new deals and lease renewals.


• Ensuring leasing documentation and information is processed within agreed service levels.


• Supporting pre‑opening requirements in line with lease documentation.


• Contributing to business improvement activities and process enhancements.


• Building strong working relationships with key stakeholders across the Leasing, Asset Management and Tenancy Design and Delivery teams.

You’re a highly organised and detail‑oriented administrator who enjoys supporting leasing outcomes through accurate data, strong systems knowledge and reliable stakeholder support. You take pride in delivering quality work and thrive in structured, fast‑paced environments.

You may be looking to deepen your exposure to leasing or leverage your administration experience within a commercial property setting.

Experience & Skills That Count

• Experience in an administration or leasing assistant role, ideally within commercial or retail property.


• Exposure to leasing processes, lease documentation or negotiations, landlord or tenant side.


• Experience working with financial or commercial data related to leasing is beneficial.


• Strong attention to detail and accuracy across documentation and systems.


• Confidence using systems such as SAP, Salesforce or other ERP platforms (or willingness to learn).


• Strong organisational, communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
