We are currently seeking enthusiastic Retail Salesmen to join our team, who will play a crucial role in providing customers with an exceptional shopping experience. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging customers, demonstrating our products, and answering inquiries, all while promoting a brand that stands for quality and comfort. Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting the right bedding products that meet their needs and preferences.
• Demonstrate a thorough knowledge of our product lineup, including features and benefits.
• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor to enhance the shopping experience.
• Achieve sales targets and performance metrics through effective selling techniques.
• Provide outstanding customer service and follow up with clients post-sale.
• Participate in promotional events and product training to stay updated on new offerings.
• Collaborate with the retail team to ensure a positive and cohesive working environment.

• 3 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in consumer goods or home furnishings.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers effectively.
• Ability to work well in a team and independently.
• A strong desire to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional service.
• Basic computer skills for inventory management and sales tracking.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional sales training is a plus.
