Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide personalized mattress recommendations.
• Demonstrate product features and benefits to customers in an attractive and informative manner.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets on a monthly and quarterly basis.
• Maintain a well-organized and visually appealing sales floor and merchandise displays.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
• Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to effectively answer customer inquiries.

• College diploma or equivalent; degree in business or related field preferred.
• Proven 3 years sales experience, preferably in retail or consumer goods.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage and connect with customers.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and a passion for sales.
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts as needed.
• Basic knowledge of computer applications and point-of-sale systems.
