RFPs expert

We are looking for an experienced RFPs Expert to join our dynamic team. The RFPs Expert will play a critical role in developing and managing responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and ensuring that our offerings are competitive and aligned with customer needs. Responsibilities

• Coordinate and collaborate with various departments to gather necessary information for RFP responses.
• Develop comprehensive and compelling proposal documents that meet the requirements set forth in RFPs.
• Perform thorough reviews of RFP documentation to understand customer needs and align offerings accordingly.
• Maintain a database of past proposals, win/loss rates, and track RFP progress.
• Engage with stakeholders to ensure proposals are accurate and contain relevant information.
• Facilitate proposal presentations and assist in post-submission activities.
• Research and analyze the competitive landscape to enhance positioning.
• Provide training and guidance to other team members on best practices for RFP responses.

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, or a related field.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in data center operations
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in preparing and managing RFPs, preferably in the IT sector.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and proposal management software.
• Knowledge of industry trends and market dynamics.
• Strong analytical skills to assess RFPs and determine technical and commercial viability.
