Risk Manager

As a Risk Manager at HanmiGlobal Saudi, you will be responsible for identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks associated with our projects. This pivotal role requires a strategic mindset to enhance project performance and minimize exposure to potential losses. You will work closely with project teams to develop risk management frameworks, monitor risk exposure, and implement strategies to manage risks effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive risk management plans for projects.
• Identify potential risks through rigorous analysis and risk assessment processes.
• Establish risk tolerance levels and make recommendations for mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to communicate risks and propose solutions.
• Monitor project performance and conduct regular risk reviews and audits.
• Provide training and support to project teams on risk management practices.
• Prepare detailed reports on risk exposure and compliance for senior management.
• Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes that may impact risk management strategies.

• Bachelor's degree in Risk Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in risk management, preferably in the construction or engineering sectors.
• Professional certification in risk management (e.g., PMI-RMP, ISO 31000) is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills with a solid understanding of risk assessment methodologies.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Experience in working with cross-functional teams to develop comprehensive risk strategies.
• Must be a Saudi National.
