Safety Officer Saudi Arabia (KSA)

Job Responsibilities

• Implement
  and monitor health, safety, and environmental (HSE) policies and
  procedures at the worksite.
  
• Conduct
  regular site inspections to identify hazards and ensure compliance with
  safety regulations.
  
• Ensure
  all employees use the required personal protective equipment (PPE).
  
• Conduct
  safety inductions, toolbox talks, and awareness training for employees.
  
• Investigate
  workplace incidents, accidents, and near misses, and prepare detailed
  reports.
  
• Recommend
  corrective and preventive actions to improve workplace safety.
  
• Maintain
  safety records, inspection reports, and HSE documentation.
  
• Ensure
  compliance with company safety standards and Saudi regulations.
  
• Coordinate
  emergency response procedures and evacuation drills.
  
• Promote
  a strong safety culture across all project activities.
  

Requirements

Requirements

• Bachelor's
  Degree or Diploma in Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, or a
  related field.
  
• Minimum
  2 years of relevant experience as a Safety Officer in construction,
  infrastructure, industrial, or oil & gas projects.
  
• Certification
  such as OSHA, NEBOSH, IOSH, or an equivalent HSE qualification is
  preferred.
  
• Good
  knowledge of HSE regulations, risk assessment, and incident investigation.
  
• Strong
  communication, reporting, and leadership skills.
  
• Proficiency
  in MS Office and safety documentation.
