Job Description - Sales Account Manager

Master Works is hiring an Sales Account Executive for Soor Cybersecurity in KSA is a sales professional responsible for generating revenue by managing the full sales cycle, building and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients, and identifying new business opportunities. Key duties include prospecting, developing sales strategies, creating proposals, and consistently exceeding sales targets. They leverage company resources, stay updated on market trends, and use CRM systems to track activities and ensure client satisfaction and retention. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with key clients. 
  • New Business Development: Proactively prospect, qualify, and close new business deals to generate new clients and revenue. 
  • Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement strategic sales plans, create effective proposals and presentations, and manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing. 
  • Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed assigned sales quotas and performance metrics. 
  • Market & Industry Knowledge: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify opportunities and provide expert advice. 
  • Internal Collaboration: Work with internal teams (marketing, product, support) to align efforts and meet client needs. 
  • CRM Management: Accurately record client information, sales activities, and opportunities in a CRM system. 

Essential Skills & Requirements

  • Sales & Negotiation Skills: Proven ability to drive revenue, close deals, and negotiate effectively. 
  • Business Development Expertise: Skilled in identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities. 
  • Strategic Thinking & Communication: Ability to develop strategies, create compelling presentations, and communicate effectively with clients and internal teams. 
  • Client Acumen: A deep understanding of customer requirements and a commitment to delivering value. 
  • Results-Driven Mindset: A focus on achieving measurable results and exceeding performance expectations. 
  • Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational skills for managing multiple accounts and deadlines efficiently. 
  • Education: A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field is often preferred. 
  • 5+ years of IT sales experience, preferably in cloud, cybersecurity, and managed services.
  • Proven track record managing key accounts and closing high-value deals.
  • Deep knowledge of the Saudi market and enterprise/public sector clients.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and solution-selling ski
