The Sales Account Manager will work as part of the sales team to offer seamless service on our projects in real estate, actively negotiate and coordinate the sale of property from enquirer to closing, and provide a professional, motivated, and well-presented company representation at all times.

Responsibilities

Generating new sales leads in the market

• To assist the Sales Manager in generating sales opportunities by identifying appropriate business targets.
• To assist the Sales Manager in providing a professional and excellent level of customer service with existing and new customers.
• Assist the Sales Manager by completing all assigned duties
• Perform administrative duties and stay informed about the latest changes in the real estate industry.

Requirements

• 1 – 3 Years in the Real Estate Industry sales function.
• Knowledge of the KSA real estate industry.
• Analytical Skills: Capability to analyse market trends, sales data, and performance metrics to inform decision-making.
• CRM: Proficiency in CRM software and sales performance tracking tools
• Strategic Thinker: Capacity to develop and implement effective sales strategies aligned with business objectives
