Position Overview:

The Sales Accounts Lead - Human Resources Developer is responsible for developing and managing relationships with key accounts, driving sales growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role requires a strong understanding of human resources principles and practices, as well as excellent communication and sales skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain relationships with key accounts, including conducting regular check-ins and providing exceptional customer service
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within existing accounts to drive revenue growth
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute targeted campaigns to generate leads and increase brand awareness
- Conduct thorough needs assessments with potential clients to understand their human resources needs and develop customized solutions
- Create and deliver persuasive presentations to potential clients, highlighting the value and benefits of our services
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, addressing any questions or concerns and ensuring a positive and lasting relationship
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in human resources to effectively communicate our offerings and services to clients
- Monitor and report on sales performance, providing regular updates and recommendations to the management team

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and account management, preferably in the human resources industry
- Strong knowledge of human resources principles, practices, and industry trends
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently
- Willingness to travel as needed
