PositionOverview:

The Sales Accounts LeadHuman Resources Developer is responsible for developing andmanaging relationships with key accounts driving sales growth andensuring customer satisfaction. This role requires a strongunderstanding of human resources principles and practices as wellas excellent communication and salesskills.

KeyResponsibilities:

Develop andmaintain relationships with key accounts including conductingregular checkins and providing exceptional customerservice
Identify and pursue new sales opportunitieswithin existing accounts to drive revenue growth
Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute targetedcampaigns to generate leads and increase brand awareness
Conduct thorough needs assessments with potential clients tounderstand their human resources needs and develop customizedsolutions
Create and deliver persuasive presentations topotential clients highlighting the value and benefits of ourservices
Serve as the primary point of contact for keyaccounts addressing any questions or concerns and ensuring apositive and lasting relationship
Stay current onindustry trends and best practices in human resources toeffectively communicate our offerings and services toclients
Monitor and report on sales performance providingregular updates and recommendations to the managementteam

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business or a relatedfield
Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales andaccount management preferably in the human resourcesindustry
Strong knowledge of human resources principlespractices and industry trends
Proven track record ofmeeting and exceeding sales targets
Excellentcommunication negotiation and presentation skills
Abilityto build and maintain strong relationships with clients
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
Selfmotivated resultsdriven and able to workindependently
Willingness to travel asneeded
