Job Description - Sales & Biomedical Engineering - Dental Division

The Biomedical & Sales Engineer is responsible for driving sales and providing technical support for dental medical devices within an assigned region in Saudi Arabia. We are currently hiring across multiple regions, and the selected candidate will be assigned to a specific territory based on business needs. This role combines business development, product demonstration, site assessment, installation, commissioning, user training, and after -sales follow -up. The position ensures customer satisfaction, safe device performance, compliance with company policies, and accurate use of Zoho CRM and approved reporting tools while expanding KAFOU Dent's presence in the dental market.

Key Tasks
/Responsibilities:


  • Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets for dental medical devices and related solutions within the assigned region.
  • Identify new business
    opportunities with dental clinics, hospitals, universities, and government or
    private sector accounts.
  • Conduct product
    presentations, demonstrations, quotations, negotiations, and commercial
    follow -up with decision -makers and end users.
  • Build and maintain strong
    relationships with dentists, procurement teams, biomedical departments, and key
    stakeholders.
  • Perform site surveys,
    installation, commissioning, and handover of dental equipment according to
    manufacturer instructions and company standards.
  • Train clinicians and
    support staff on safe operation, cleaning, basic troubleshooting, and routine
    care of installed devices.
  • Coordinate preventive
    maintenance schedules, warranty follow -up, spare parts requirements, and
    corrective service support with the technical team.
  • Prepare accurate
    installation reports, service reports, handover forms, visit plans, and
    territory activity updates.
  • Ensure compliance with
    company policies, quality procedures, safety requirements, and applicable
    regulatory standards.
  • Maintain accurate
    customer records, pipeline status, quotations, sales visits, and service
    activities in Zoho CRM or approved company systems.
  • Collaborate with line
    managers, supply chain, and finance to support timely deliveries, collections,
    training plans, and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor market trends,
    competitor activity, and customer feedback, then provide regular forecasts and
    recommendations for territory growth.



Requirements

Qualifications &
Experience:


  • Bachelor's degree in
    Biomedical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Medical
    Technology, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 2 years of
    relevant experience in biomedical engineering, medical device sales, or a
    combined technical -sales role.
  • Hands -on experience in
    installation, commissioning, or technical support of dental equipment is
    required or strongly preferred.
  • Good understanding of
    dental field workflows, customer requirements, and medical device handling
    standards.
  • Proven ability to support
    sales growth, generate opportunities, and close business in a professional and
    consultative manner.
  • Proficiency in Zoho CRM
    or similar CRM software, Microsoft Office, and digital service or reporting
    tools used by the company.
  • Strong communication,
    presentation, problem -solving, and relationship management skills.
  • Fluent in Arabic and
    English, with a valid driving license and willingness to travel extensively
    across the assigned region.

    Reporting Discipline - Keep customer, opportunity, quotation, and service data
    current in Zoho CRM.
  • Service Responsiveness -
    Support timely issue escalation, maintenance coordination, and resolution
    follow -up.
  • Market Expansion - Develop
    new accounts, strengthen pipeline coverage, and increase presence in the
    assigned region.
