Sales and Marketing Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales Strategy Development: Devise sales strategies aligned with company objectives, identifying target markets, and creating sales plans to penetrate those markets effectively.
2. Lead Generation and Conversion: Generate leads through various channels such as networking, cold calling, digital marketing, and industry events. Nurture leads through the sales funnel to conversion.
3. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs and concerns to ensure satisfaction and retention.
4. Marketing Campaign Execution: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns that align with sales goals. Utilize various channels such as social media, email, content marketing, and advertising to drive brand awareness and lead generation.
5. Sales Reporting and Analysis: Track sales performance metrics, prepare reports, and analyze data to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales strategies.
