Sales Associate - Jewellery

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers, understand their jewellery needs, and provide personalized recommendations.
• Promote and sell jewellery products to meet sales targets and maximize revenue.
• Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to effectively communicate product features and benefits to customers.
• Maintain the visual merchandising standards of the store, creating attractive displays to showcase our jewellery offerings.
• Process customer transactions, handle payments, and ensure accuracy in inventory management.
• Assist in inventory counts and stock replenishment to maintain appropriate stock levels.
• Handle customer inquiries, provide accurate information about products, pricing, and promotions.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and learn new sales techniques.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve store targets and maintain a positive work environment.

Requirements

• Prior experience in luxury retail sales, preferably in the jewellery industry.
• Passion for jewellery and a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
