Job Description - Sales Commission Execution Senior Professional
Job Summary
• Review and Calculate Consumer Sales Commissions & Sales Agents Incentive by aligning & coordinating with Sales Team, conduct validation of reports for accuracy, completeness and consistency.
• Generate commissionable or net revenue information by retrieving, consolidating and managing large data sets
• Prepare and reconcile individual and/or team commission / incentive statements
• Report revenue achieved versus target as well as commission/ incentive payments
• Analyse calculations, commission payments, accruals, and historical information
• Provide and communicate resolution of commission / incentive issues, Support
• Finance and sales team in effective execution of commission plans.
• Collaborate with the respective stakeholder (finance, HR, CS dept .etc.) to facilitate timely payments
• Handle monthly, quarterly, and end of year commission accruals and reconciliation with finance.
• Reconcile data from Commissions system versus Finance systems for variance analysis
• Provide required documentation and proper audit trail
Perform other duties as required by higher levels of supervision.
