Sales Consultant

A leading insurance company is seeking a seasoned Sales Consultant to spearhead its commercial growth and lead its sales organization toward ambitious expansion goals. The Head of Sales will be responsible for defining and executing strategic sales plans, optimizing performance across corporate and retail segments, and driving long-term client relationships that translate into sustainable revenue growth. Responsibilities

• Engage with prospective clients to identify their needs and recommend solutions.
• Conduct consultations and needs assessments to understand client goals.
• Prepare and deliver customized presentations and product demonstrations.
• Negotiate terms and contracts to finalize agreements with clients.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities within our CRM system.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop approaches that resonate with clients.
• Provide post-sale support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

• At least 5 years of demonstrated experience as a Sales Consultant or in a comparable position within a sales environment.
• Strong knowledge of sales principles and customer relationship management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to build rapport and trust with clients effectively.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
