Job Description - Sales Consultant, Lighting Industry Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
Role Summary:Lighting Sales Consultants offer lighting design and application assistance to architects, interior designers, engineers, lighting designers, and other specifiers of lighting. Their duties also include Sales presentations and product selection, as well as negotiating contracts with potential clients.Main Duties and Responsibilities:• Support sales for lighting projects in the Middle East.• Identify new sales opportunities and approach potential clients.• Provide clients with expert advice on lighting solutions.• Negotiate all contracts with prospective clients.• Prepare and submit sales contracts for orders.• Develop sales strategies and creating proposals in response to client requirements.• Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services.• Prepare weekly and monthly reports.• Other activities that are related to lighting sales or sales support.Education and Experience:• Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.• Strong work experience as a Sales Representative in the Lighting industry.• Solid knowledge in the KSA and Gulf markets.Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Personality Attributes:• Thorough understanding of the sales process and dynamics.• Strong Experience in: DIALux, AutoCAD, and Adobe Animate• A commitment to excellent customer service.• Strong knowledge of high-end lighting brands.• Familiar with the lighting installation.• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.• Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with both customers and suppliers.• Strong communication skills.
Fluency in English and Arabic is a must.
