Job Description - Sales Coordinator

Role Purpose:

The Jobholder is
responsible to assisting Branch Sales Team and proficiently handle and execute
the branch routine sales paperwork. In addition, respond to online customers
regular enquiries and report the activities to the branch manager.


Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Assisting the sales team and preparing the
    necessary sales documents.

 

  •   Work out pricing with the sales team and submit
    quotation on time to the customers and is responsible for preparing the quotations

 

  •   Arrange necessary documents to submitted along with
    the quotations

 

  •    Able to negotiate with the clients satisfactorily
    & reply to the queries

 

  •  Efficiently respond to online telephone calls and
    report to the branch managers.

 

  •    Responsible to follow up payments with the
    customers in coordination with the sales team.

 

  • Coordinate with the sales team and the warehouse
    for on time delivery to the customer.

 

  •    Ability to manage the paperwork effectively.

 

  •   Excellent customer service skills.

 

  •    Skilled in Microsoft office and company software
    and ability to reply by e -mails to the routine customer enquiries

 

  •   Carry out other assignments as directed by the
    branch manager

 

  •   Perform any other related
    function as directed.



Minimum
Qualifications

 

    Education Level                    :
BS Degree.


Skills

Good communication skills

Experience of dealing with customers
enquiries

 

Language & communication skills

                      ENGLISH – Intermediate level required in speaking, reading and writing.
