Job Description - Sales Development Representative

In this pivotal role, you will be the first point of contact for prospective clients and play a crucial part in driving our growth and success. Your passion for the hospitality sector, combined with your sales prowess, will enable you to identify potential clients, nurture leads, and support the sales team in closing deals. You will work closely with our marketing and sales teams to develop innovative outreach strategies, engaging with potential customers through various channels. Your goal will be to qualify leads, set appointments for the sales team, and contribute to our overarching mission of transforming the hospitality landscape. Responsibilities

  • Identify and research potential clients within the hospitality industry.
  • Generate new leads through outbound calls, emails, and social media outreach.
  • Qualify leads through detailed discussions and understanding client needs.
  • Schedule and organize meetings for the sales team with qualified leads.
  • Maintain accurate records of all communications and lead status in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with marketing to create effective campaigns tailored to potential clients.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market competitors, and Supy’s unique offerings.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably within the hospitality industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients effectively.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and lead generation tools.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple prospects simultaneously.
  • A passion for the hospitality industry and a strong desire to contribute to the company's success.
