- As a Gradion SDR focused on KSA, your work demands precision, formality, and deep market insight. Your day is dedicated to high-touch, strategic engagement:
- Vision-Aligned Prospecting: Identify, research, and qualify executive-level contacts within organizations driving Vision 2030 initiatives (e.g., Giga-projects, Ministries, major national companies).
- Strategic List Building: Develop highly targeted outreach lists based on critical sectors undergoing AI/Digital Transformation (Logistics, Retail, E-commerce, Government Services).
- Localized Multi-Channel Outreach: Execute high-quality outreach via cold calls, meticulously crafted emails, and professional LinkedIn messaging, adhering to formal Saudi business etiquette.
- Initial Discovery & Qualification: Conduct focused, respectful discovery to understand the prospect's strategic pain points and confirm a fit for Gradion's complex, enterprise-level solutions.
- Secure Executive Meetings: Successfully transition qualified, engaged opportunities to the Account Executive team

Must have (Non-Negotiable Requirements):
- Experience Benchmark: Minimum 4+ years of dedicated, verifiable sales, business development, or client-facing experience generated within a Software Agency, Digital Consulting Firm, or Enterprise SaaS company. (Experience from call centers, retail sales, or non-tech sectors will not be considered).
- Domain Expertise: Demonstrated understanding of the concepts behind custom software development, digital transformation, AI/ML implementation, and IT consulting services.
- Market Presence: Current residence and strong professional network within Saudi Arabia is mandatory (remote KSA setup).
- Communication Mastery: Absolute fluency in both English and Business Arabic (written and spoken) with exceptional presentation skills tailored for enterprise executive audiences.
