Job Description - Sales Director

Sealy Mattress Middle East, a distinguished operator in the consumer goods industry and an operation licensee of Sealy Inc. in Saudi Arabia and the MENA region, is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Director to join our team. With a rich history dating back to 1990, we have established ourselves as a premier manufacturer and distributor of high-end mattresses. Our state-of-the-art production facility in Jeddah, launched in 1999, allows us to produce quality products that meet the demands of the Arab market. As a family-owned company, we pride ourselves on our commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and superior bedding innovations. The Sales Director will play a crucial role in driving sales strategies, expanding market share, and elevating the Sealy brand reputation in the region. This role requires an individual with a robust background in sales management and a passion for the consumer goods sector, particularly in bedding products. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company objectives and enhance market penetration.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to improve performance and achieve targets.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and challenges.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders across the MENA region.
  • Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align sales initiatives with product offerings.
  • Conduct regular training and development sessions to enhance team skills and product knowledge.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the consumer goods or bedding industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth in a competitive market.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience in managing and developing sales teams.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Deep understanding of the MENA market dynamics and consumer behavior.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to inform strategic decisions.
