Role Description:

The Sales Director at Al Mohamadia Dates Company leads the sales function, working closely with the General Manager to drive revenue and manage sales teams. Responsibilities include budgeting, goal setting, market research, customer needs analysis, and solution presentation. The role also involves revenue generation, key account management, customer service, documentation, reporting, marketing management, and team training. The Sales Director plays a vital role in achieving sales targets, maintaining customer relationships, and maximizing company revenue.

Related Experience: 

• Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the field of DATES and 10 years as a Sales Director. 

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Management / Sales and Marketing or a similar discipline. MBA qualification is preferred.
• Professional Certifications and/or Functional Training in Sales and related disciplines is highly desirable.
