As a Tender Monitoring Specialist, you are the senior point of contact for internal and external procurement stakeholders. You ensure the smooth running of day-to-day tender monitoring activities. This includes checking procurement portals for new opportunities, closing opportunities that are not being pursued by Accenture, and managing the group mailbox to ensure all emails are actioned by the team.


You will:


  • Conduct periodic reviews of tender management procedural/ process documents
  • Address issues or delays related to priority tender monitoring activities
  • Ensure compliance with SLAs
  • Identify, assess and select relevant publicly issued RFPS for tender, providing key details to CALS and Sales Leads.
  • Act as primary point of contact for all government framework sales opportunities
  • Interlock with client procurement teams/ SPOC’s when needed to facilitate documentation needs/ deliverables
  • Create/Update Accenture registrations on client’s supplier portals, government bodies/ agencies on government tenders
  • Support deal teams with managing follow-ups i.e. submitting and receiving clarification questions/answer and liaising with opportunity teams
  • Work directly with internal stakeholders and procurement contacts to facilitate bid submissions
  • Act as a conduit between deal teams and contract management to support the following:
    • Printing and binding proposals (when hard copy is required)
    • Stamping & Signing proposals
    • Digital upload using Government portals
    • Physical delivery of proposals, where needed, on timely basis
  • Pickup and delivery of Bank Guarantees from banks to client sites (when needed)
  • Identify potential process improvement opportunities
  • Ensure all contractual and non-contractual requirements are met
  • Work with sales teams to determine ownership of frameworks
  • Report service delivery metrics to leadership
  • Provide guidance and coaching to team members on best practices
  • Facilitate team meetings to ensure alignment and knowledge sharing

Here’s what you need:


  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Overall work experience: 6-8 years; Minimum of 2 or more years of experience doing similar tender monitoring work
  • Saudi National (Must)
  • English language fluency (oral and written); Arabic language proficiency (oral and written)
  • Ability to effectively communicate with senior stakeholders & management
  • Proven ability to work under pressure in a fast paced, deadline driven environment
  • Proven ability to work efficiently and analytically in a problem-solving environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (oral and written)
  • Project Management experience
  • Must support/mirror working hours for the supported Market Unit or other business area
  • Must be flexible with work hours on certain occasions to manage business needs
  • Intermediate MS Office proficiency (Outlook, Excel, Teams, SharePoint)
