Overview:
Sales Engineers are responsible for generating leads and meeting sales goals. They will handle the complete cycle of Cybersecurity pre-sales and sales activities. Duties will include sales presentations and product demonstrations, as well as negotiating contracts with potential clients and closing deals.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
• Generate cybersecurity sales leads.
• Meet/exceed sales goals.
• Give sales presentations to a range of prospective clients.
• Prepare and negotiate all contracts with prospective clients.
• Work with sales team to understand customer requirements and develop solutions that meet their needs.
• Provide technical expertise and support to sales team during sales cycles.
Education and Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering or a related field.
• 5-10 years of presales & sales Cybersecurity experience.
• Familiar with IT Solutions such as Network, Infrastructure, Cybersecurity and others..
• Familiar with vendors like Cisco, PaloAlto, Fortinet and others..
Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Personality Attributes:
• Thorough understanding of the sales process and dynamics.
• A commitment to excellent customer service.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with both customers and suppliers.
• High computer skills in Microsoft applications and CRM systems.
• Able to work comfortably in a fast paced environment.
