Job Description - Sales Engineer (Oil & Gas Industry)

Job Description:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the oil & gas sector.
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients to ensure long-term customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with the engineering team to provide technical solutions tailored to customer needs.
  • Prepare and deliver technical presentations that explain products or services to customers and prospective clients.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and expand market presence.
  • Provide technical support and expertise during sales presentations and client meetings.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry advancements to inform strategic planning.
  • Manage project timelines and deliverables to ensure customer requirements are met efficiently.
  • Resolve customer issues promptly and effectively to maintain high levels of satisfaction.
  • Document all sales activities and maintain accurate records of client interactions.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably in Mechanical or Petroleum Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-4 years of sales engineering experience within the oil & gas industry.
  • Strong communication and customer-focused skills to build lasting client relationships.
  • Female candidates are highly encouraged to apply.
  • Fluency in English & Arabic.
  • Proven time management abilities to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent analytical skills and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Effective decision-making abilities and critical thinking.
  • Creative thinker with a flexible approach to adapt to changing circumstances in the industry.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and thoroughness in all activities.
  • Proactive initiative to identify opportunities and take action without needing direction.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • High reliability and flexibility to meet the demands of a dynamic work environment.
  • Willingness to travel as required for client meetings and industry events.

Working Conditions:

  • Working Hours: 9 AM - 5 PM (ٍSunday to Thursday).
  • Working Model: On-site.
  • Job Location: Riyadh, KSA.
