Job Description - Sales Executive

Job Title – Sales Executive 

About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented Sales Executive to support business development and drive revenue growth within a fast-paced project-based environment. The role involves identifying new sales opportunities, building strong client relationships, and promoting customized event infrastructure and structural solutions to clients across various industries.

Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business DevelopmentIdentify and pursue new business opportunities across events, exhibitions, hospitality, construction, and corporate sectors.Generate leads and convert prospects into long-term clients.Promote products and solutions through client meetings, presentations, and site visits.Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.
Client Relationship ManagementDevelop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.Understand client requirements and recommend suitable solutions.Follow up on inquiries, proposals, and quotations to secure new projects.Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and maintain long-term partnerships.
Proposal & Quotation ManagementPrepare sales proposals, quotations, and project documentation.Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate project specifications and pricing.Assist clients with product information, technical details, and project timelines.Negotiate pricing and commercial terms within company guidelines.
Coordination & Project SupportWork closely with design, operations, and project teams to ensure smooth project execution.Track project progress and ensure client expectations are met.Assist in coordinating project handovers and service follow-ups.
Reporting & Sales TrackingMaintain accurate records of client interactions, leads, and opportunities in the CRM system.Prepare regular sales reports and updates for management.Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.

Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.2–4 years of experience in sales or business development within construction, events, or project-based industries.Experience in B2B sales and client relationship management is preferred.
