What You’ll Do?
The Sales Executive will support and generate STANLEY sales from Channel Partners in the Trade in Saudi Arabia. The job role involves setting and meeting sales targets for a specific territory, managing commercial business objectives, developing communication strategies to improve relationships with trade partners, managing operational requirements of the market, presenting to key accounts, exploring new distribution channels, and implementing actions based on market requirements.
He will be responsible to drive all product promotions, brand management and consistently maintain merchandising standards; develop, manage, and implement sales projects that drive acquisition of customers, branding and POS communication across all channels.
Responsibilities:
Critical Incidents:
Analysis – Knowledge of critical information relating to business. Key areas: Market size, market share, key product category business (actual and potential) and competitor activities.
Planning – Sales planning by Quarters and long-term plans (OP). Planning would involve detailed forecasts from channel partners.
Organization – Structure and procedures for smooth and effective execution and implementation of sales plans and programs.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent customer focus and strong key account management skills, can work well in a team, and engage cross-functional support, exhibit planning and implementation skills, demonstrate personal and professional integrity, and possess a high level of drive, energy, enthusiasm, and determination to succeed.
Experience in planning sales promotions, activations, and merchandising activities, possess excellent relationship-building skills with the ability to interact with clients at different levels and cooperate with dealers and both internal and external customers. Additionally, he should have commercial awareness and the ability to identify market opportunities, as well as the ability to learn and research new ways to penetrate the market and grow revenue.
Excellent customer focus and strong key account management skills, demonstrate teamwork by engaging cross-functional support, exhibit planning and implementation skills, possess personal and professional integrity, have a high level of drive, energy, enthusiasm, and determination to succeed, as well as technical understanding of products and commercial awareness.
