Job Description - Sales Executive (Education and Training Programs)
Job Description Candidate will be handling purchases, customer inquires and the promotion of the company services such as, training programs and professional certifications. Responsibilities: ⢠Prepare action plans and timelines to identify specific targets and to project the number of sales to be made. ⢠Prepare presentations, proposals and contracts. ⢠Establishing and maintain current client and potential client relationships. ⢠Participate in marketing events such as seminars, trade shows, and telemarketing events. ⢠Following up on payment collection, new leads and referrals. ⢠Coordinating shipping of training materials. ⢠Handling orders by phone, email, or mail and checking the orders have the correct prices, discounts, and product numbers. ⢠Inputting orders, ensuring they are processed according to customer requirements, and ensuring all orders are accurate and delivered on time. ⢠Collaborating with other departments to ensure sales, marketing, queries, and deliveries are handled efficiently. ⢠Developing and maintaining filing systems so as to maintain sales records, prepare reports, and provide financial information to the finance department. ⢠Ensuring adherence to laws, regulations, and policies. ⢠Keeping updated information on products
Desired Candidate Profile
Profile: Qualifications ⢠Professional Experience minimum 2 years. ⢠English and Arabic language proficiency ⢠Bachelor in Business / Hospitality or any relevant field. ⢠Good team development and leadership skills. ⢠Computer literacy ⢠Good administrative, organizational, and problem-solving skills. ⢠Excellent communication, sales, and customer service skills. ⢠The ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and meet deadlines. ⢠Excellent written and spoken communications skills ⢠Detail Oriented Education: Any Graduation() Gender: nm Nationality: Any Nationality
