Job Description - Sales Executive - Events

Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
Position Type: Full -Time
Languages Required: Arabic and English (Bilingual)

Role Overview:
We are on the lookout for a dynamic and results -driven Sales Executive to join our team in Riyadh at Recode World. The perfect candidate will have a deep understanding of the event industry and bring a proven track record in sales, client relationship management, and strategic negotiation. This role calls for a quick thinker who can navigate fast -paced sales operations while delivering exceptional service and driving revenue. If you're tech -savvy, detail -oriented, and thrive in a vibrant, ever -evolving environment, we want you on our team.


Key Responsibilities:
  1. Sales Operations
    - Manage individual sales activities, including prospecting, pitching, and closing deals
    - Handle day -to -day sales tasks, such as follow -ups, client meetings, and maintaining sales records in Zoho CRM

  2. Client Relationship Management
    - Develop and maintain direct relationships with clients, ensuring they receive prompt and attentive service
    - Address client inquiries and provide tailored solutions to meet their needs

  3. Event Industry Sales
    - Utilize your knowledge of the event industry to identify and secure new clients for specific event spaces or services
    - Collaborate with marketing on specific campaigns to drive client engagement and lead generation

  4. Market Research
    - Stay informed about market trends that impact sales and client preferences
    - Share relevant market insights with the team to support overall sales strategies

  5. Negotiation and Deal Closing
    - Negotiate sales terms within predefined guidelines, ensuring client satisfaction while meeting company objectives
    - Close deals efficiently, focusing on volume and meeting individual sales targets

  6. Product and Service Knowledge
    - Maintain a working knowledge of Recode World’s event offerings to effectively communicate their benefits to clients
    - Provide clients with information about available event spaces, services, and promotions

  7. Sales Reporting
    - Regularly update sales progress and client interactions in Zoho CRM
    - Prepare basic reports on individual sales performance and share them with the sales manager

  8. Team Collaboration
    - Work closely with other sales team members to share leads and collaborate on larger sales opportunities
    - Assist in team meetings by contributing individual insights and supporting collective goals




Requirements

  1. Experience
    - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales role, preferably within the event industry
    - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

  2. Education
    A diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred, but not mandatory

  3. Technical Skills
    - Proficiency in using CRM systems, especially Zoho CRM
    - Basic understanding of digital marketing tools and sales software

  4. Communication Skills
    - Strong verbal and written communication skills
    - Ability to build rapport with clients and effectively present sales pitches

  5. Event Industry Knowledge
    - General understanding of the event industry, including client needs and market trends
    - Ability to identify potential sales opportunities within the event sector

  6. Problem -Solving Ability
    - Quick thinker with the ability to address challenges and find solutions in a fast -paced environment
    - Adaptable and flexible, capable of adjusting strategies based on client feedback

  7. Organizational Skills
    - Strong attention to detail in managing CRM data, sales documentation, and client communications
    - Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

  8. Passion for Sales
    - High energy and enthusiasm for sales, with a drive to succeed and achieve targets
    - Genuine interest in the event industry and the services offered by Recode World
