Job Description - Sales Executive - Lead Generation

Al-Watania Information Systems is on the lookout for a motivated and ambitious Sales Executive to join our Sales & Business Development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating qualified leads, and supporting the sales pipeline to drive company growth. This role is perfect for early-career professionals who are eager to build a career in tech sales, combining strong communication skills with a proactive mindset to connect the right prospects with the right solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Find and research potential clients and new business opportunities.
  • Reach out to prospects through email, LinkedIn, and phone calls to spark interest.
  • Run outbound outreach campaigns to generate a steady flow of leads.
  • Qualify leads and clearly communicate how WiSys can add value to their business.
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to improve outreach strategies.
  • Keep CRM records up to date with lead interactions and progress.
  • Track market trends to sharpen outreach approaches.
  • Meet monthly lead generation targets and report on pipeline activity.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in lead generation, sales, or a similar role.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and lead generation software.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with outbound outreach via email, LinkedIn, or phone calls.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
