POSITIONSUMMARY

• Perform general office dutiesto support Sales & Marketing (e.g. filing sending emailstyping faxing copying).
• Prepare salesrelateddocuments throughout the sales process (e.g. proposals contracts orbanquet event orders).
• Promote awareness ofbrand image internally and externally.
• Gathermaterials and assemble information packages (e.g. brochurespromotional materials).
• Use sales techniquesthat maximize revenue while maintaining existing guest loyalty toMarriott.
• Enter retrieve reconcile and verifyinformation (e.g. commissions leads third parties) in softwareinvolved in the sales process.
• Answer guestquestions about property facilities/services (e.g. hours ofoperation rates and room types packages promotions entertainmentrestaurants special events).
• Serve as the pointof contact for clients and communicate with them by phone and emailto respond to questions andrequests.
