SALES EXECUTIVE (STEEL)

* Identify and approach potential clients to establish new business relationships and bring leads from major construction companies / consultants.

* Ability to analyze the market and establish competitive advantages to identify new business opportunities and bring new projects.

* Prepare offers, negotiate, and follow up with clients to improve sales through various methods.

* Research in the business industry and create new opportunities to expand business.

* Confident in building relationships with existing and prospective clients

* Attend client meetings and liaison between contractors and consultants.

* Track metrics to ensure targets are hit and prepare monthly reports on achievements of those targets.

* Set business forecast and submit time to time reports for management.

* Ability to generate revenue and maximize profit in the process of achieving sales targets.

Preferred Skills/ Attributes:

* Must have an excellent contact network in the KSA mainly with consultants and contractors.

* Experience in business development

* Excellent Negotiation and networking skills

* Strong communication and presentation skills
