Overview: To ensure smoothdistribution of the consumer products to the assigned retailoutlets through maintenance of strong relationships with customersand efficient management of merchandisers andsalesmen.

• Responsibilities:
• ExecuteInStore Fundamentals
  • Ensure Transmedproducts are distributed and available on shelf across assignedstores in line with the brands core SKUs for eachstore.
  • Ensure Transmed products are shelvedwith the right visibility (shelf share) and planogram acrossassigned stores in line with the brands shelf share planogram andplacement guidelines.
  • Ensure all visibilityelements (shelf shares POSM planogram etc) are executed acrossassignedstores.
• ExecuteMonthly Initiatives & BusinessPlans
  • Implement Monthly Initiativesacross assigned stores On Time as per the setplan.
  • Implement Monthly Initiatives acrossassigned stores as per brand guidelines and as per the setplan.
• BuildCustomer Relationships
  • Providesuperior customer service to assigned stores including propercoverage as per assigned journey plan.
  • Acquiredeep understanding of the assigned stores strategies and theirshopper needs in order to be able to devise the right execution forthe store.
  • Spot business building opportunitiesin the assigned stores and recommend these to the team in order toaddress them and build the businessfurther.
  • Build & maintain strongcustomer relation to facilitate collaboration and the achievementof desired businessresults.
• ReceivablesCollection
  • Secure that receivables arecollected across assigned stores within the agreed payment terms inorder to sustain companys cash flowlevels.
• Managethe Merchandisers
  • Manage the assignedmerchandising team in terms of appearance discipline attendance andprofessionalism and ensure they deliver on their jobresponsibilities.
  • Manage the work schedule andleaves of the assigned merchandisingteam.
  • Ensure the merchandisers are trained onthe products and on the technical skills required to perform theirdaily duties.
  • Coach and motivate themerchandisers to deliver on their daily responsibilities tasksassigned tothem.
• MarketIntelligence & CompetitiveReporting
  • Communicate internally anyevent taken by customers/competitors which can have an impact onour business in order to take requiredaction.

Qualifications:

• GraduateDegree in Marketing / Management and / or related field fromleading University.
• Fresh Graduates or 1 yearexperience in a related field.
