Sales In Charge Construction(ABP)

As a Sales In charge, you will be responsible for managing the sales team and driving sales activities to achieve company targets and objectives. Your main duties and responsibilities will include:

• Overseeing the sales team and providing guidance and support
• Developing and implementing sales strategies and plans
• Setting sales targets and monitoring the team's performance
• Identifying new business opportunities and potential clients
• Managing and nurturing key client relationships
• Preparing sales reports and analysis for management
• Training and developing sales team members to improve their performance
• Ensuring the team meets or exceeds sales and revenue goals

Requirements

• Minimum 8-10 years of experience related to SALES / MARKETING / BUSINESS development for Building material, construction  industry, OR PLASTIC industry  
• minimum 3 years working as in charge /team leader.
• Should be working as an individual contributor along with handling the team also
