Job Description - Sales Manager

COMPANY

  • The client is a leading manufacturer and supplier of high-quality
    crystal products. We specialize in creating bespoke crystal pieces that blend
    traditional crafts Manship with modern design. Our commitment to excellence and
    innovation has positioned us as a preferred choice for clients seeking unique
    and luxurious crystal items.

 

POSITION
OVERVIEW:

  • The Sales Manager will work in a fast-paced environment and must be able
    to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Should be from Advertisement
    & Events Industry Candidates and we prefer those who have experience
    selling corporate gift items or premium promotional gift items.

  • The Sales Manager will work closely with the sales team, the Business
    Development Manager, and other departments within the company.

  • The Sales Manager will have the authority to negotiate prices and terms
    of sale, and to make recommendations to the Managing Director regarding
    customer needs.

 

KEY RESULTS/ACCOUNTABILITIES EXPECTED FROM THE ROLE:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company
    sales targets and expand our customer base.

  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business
    opportunities.

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with corporate
    clients and key stakeholders.

  • Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their
    requirements.

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships to drive
    revenue growth.

  • Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
  • Generate leads and follow-up with potential customers to close sales.
  • Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.
  • Identify new sales opportunities and markets.
  • Keep up to date with product knowledge and industry trends.
  • Provide feedback to the sales team and management on customer needs and
    preferences.

  • Meet or exceed customer service expectations.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and reports.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company
    sales targets and expand our customer base.

 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS AND CHARACTERISTICS:

  • 3+ years of sales experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
