We are seeking a results -driven Sales Manager to lead and grow the Lighting Division’s sales operations in Riyadh. The role involves managing sales strategy, developing client relationships, driving revenue growth, and leading the sales team to achieve targets.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve division targets.
Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Lead, mentor, and monitor sales team performance.

Coordinate with technical and project teams to ensure client requirements are met.
Monitor market trends, competitors, and pricing strategies.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
Proven experience in sales management (preferably in lighting, electrical, or technical solutions industries).
Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
Ability to develop strategies and achieve revenue targets.
If candidate background is Engineering â Saudi nationality is required.
Experience managing B2B sales accounts.
Strong network within construction, projects, or contracting sectors.
CRM and reporting proficiency.
