Job Overview

Our client, an ultra-luxury events and banqueting company in Saudi Arabia, is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to drive revenue growth by securing new business opportunities and expanding key client relationships. The successful candidate will lead strategic sales initiatives, develop corporate and high-profile accounts, negotiate commercial agreements, and collaborate closely with operational teams to deliver exceptional client experiences while consistently achieving ambitious sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to maximize revenue across luxury events, banqueting, catering, and hospitality services.


• Identify, prospect, and secure new corporate, government, VIP, and private clients while maintaining long-term relationships with existing accounts.


• Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team by setting clear objectives, monitoring KPIs, and driving a high-performance sales culture.


• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site inspections to showcase venues, services, and customized event solutions.


• Prepare competitive proposals, negotiate contracts, and manage the complete sales cycle from initial inquiry through contract closure.


• Work closely with operations, culinary, and events teams to ensure client expectations are clearly communicated and successfully delivered.


• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer demand to identify new business opportunities and maintain a competitive advantage.


• Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports, CRM records, and performance analysis for senior management.


• Represent the company at networking events, exhibitions, trade shows, and industry functions to strengthen brand presence and generate qualified leads.


• Champion exceptional customer service by proactively resolving client concerns and building lasting partnerships that encourage repeat business.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Proven experience as a Sales Manager within an ultra-luxury events, banqueting, catering, or luxury hospitality environment.


• Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets, developing strategic accounts, and driving sustainable business growth.


• Strong leadership experience managing and developing sales teams in fast-paced, multicultural environments.


• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with high-profile corporate and VIP clients.


• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to identify opportunities, develop sales strategies, and maximize revenue.


• Experience using CRM platforms, sales reporting tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.


• Outstanding organizational, planning, and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.


• Professional appearance, integrity, adaptability, and a strong customer-focused mindset.


• Fluent English communication skills; Arabic or additional languages would be considered an advantage.
