Contribute to the preparation of the department's annual budget and monitor financial performance standards including revenue, costs, collections, and profits.
Develop a joint work strategy with sales managers and other departments.
Prepare an annual sales business plan for the department, including a set of initiatives and key activities that the department will undertake during the year.
Prepare regular reports on departmental performance, including expected monthly targets.
Administratively supervise departmental staff and representatives, directly coordinating their daily activities, providing support and guidance for major or complex sales presentations.
Monitor customer account statements and supervise collection and deposit activities by representatives in coordination with the finance department.
Develop and implement a monthly follow-up plan for current and new clients.
Make suggestions for product development based on customer feedback and develop a plan in coordination with the marketing department.
Manage the recruitment process for the sales department.
Prepare periodic sales reports for key accounts, including business volume and profitability compared to targeted sales for each account.
Evaluate the operations, tasks, and activities performed by the sales department team continuously.
Provide proposals to improve company performance.
Maintain the confidentiality of company secrets and all proprietary information accessed by virtue of employment.
