Sales Manager (Arabic Speaking)

Our software agency is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager who speaks Arabic to lead our sales team in Riyadh. The successful candidate will be responsible for selling our software products and services to businesses and organizations in Saudi Arabia.

Job Responsibilities:Develop and execute a sales strategy that aligns with the company's goals and objectivesLead and manage the sales team to achieve sales targets and KPIsIdentify and target potential customers and prospects in Saudi Arabia using various sales techniques such as cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreachConduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the benefits of our software products and servicesDevelop and maintain relationships with existing customers to upsell and cross-sell our products and servicesNegotiate and close sales contracts with customersWork closely with our technical team to ensure that customer requirements are met and that projects are delivered on time and within budgetKeep up-to-date with industry trends and changes to stay ahead of the competitionRepresent the company at industry events and trade showsPrepare regular sales reports and present them to senior managementRequirements:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related fieldProven track record of success in software sales in Saudi ArabiaFluency in Arabic and EnglishStrong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environmentUnderstanding of software development methodologies and technologiesProficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other sales-related toolsAbility to travel as neededPreferred Qualifications:Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related fieldExperience managing a sales team in Saudi ArabiaFamiliarity with the Saudi Arabian market and cultureKnowledge of project management principles and toolsIf you meet the above requirements and are passionate about software sales in Saudi Arabia, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
