Job Description - Sales Manager - coty

To skillfully lead Cotys business (commercialoperational and multifunctional) in the Coops/Supers/LowerTrade/Wholesale Channels in addition to managing the distributoroperations. The individual is responsible to deliver the desiredgoals bets and instore fundamentals targets both long and shortterm.
This role is highly interactive and multifunctionalrequiring day to day interactions with Trade Marketing financesupply chain and with the customers/distributor.
Communication & collaboration are essential toensure a winwin scenario and agreement with all external andinternal parties.
High levels of discipline structure andinfluence effectiveness are required to ensure successful executionof all initiatives and achievement of sales/shares targets.

RESPONSIBILITIES Acquire deep understanding ofcustomer strategies and their shopper needs in order to be able tobuild & devise the right plans for the customer. Leadscontract negotiation with the customer to ensure Cotys requirementsare locked externally. Spots tactical business buildingopportunities and recommend these internally in order to addressand build the business further. Tailors the sales business plans tocustomer needs in order to maximize the sales generated by theseplans at the customer. Has complete information about the customersstrategies market positioning activities and our brands; be theinternal customer and channel expert. Ensures all agreementelements are executed across all stores both onshelf offshelf.Maintains compliance tracking of all agreement elements. Allocatesresources efficiently in order to maximize output and achieveefficiency in use of funds while maximizing business resultsProvides Trade Marketing with volume sales forecast to ensureoptimum levels of inventory and no out of stock or over stock onany line/promotion and to deliver sales commitments accordinglyboth for direct and distributor operations. Full Accountability ofCotys In store Presence and sales targets in the assigned accounts.Full Accountability on distributor management targets on fundsstock levels and execution of business plans.
