Sales Manager Diesel Generators | Saudi Arabia

We have an urgent requirement for an experienced Sales Manager – Diesel Generators / Power Solutions for a reputed client in Saudi Arabia.

Position: Sales Manager
Location: Dammam / Riyadh / Jeddah, Saudi Arabia
Experience: 10–12 Years (Overall)
Saudi Experience: Minimum 4–5 Years in a Sales Manager / Sales Leadership role
Nationality: Open to All Nationalities
Salary: SAR 13,000–14,000 per month (All inclusive package
Contract Duration: 2 Years

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and business growth targets.

• Drive business development across Oil & Gas, Construction, Industrial, Infrastructure, Data Centers, Rental and Government sectors.

• Develop and maintain relationships with key customers, consultants, contractors and EPC companies.

• Manage major projects, tenders, commercial negotiations and key accounts.

• Provide technical and commercial guidance on diesel generators and power solutions.

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and new business opportunities.

• Coordinate with engineering, service and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Candidate Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.

• 10–12 years of overall experience in diesel generator sales / power generation / power solutions.

• Minimum 4–5 years of Saudi Arabia experience in a Sales Manager or equivalent sales leadership position.

• Strong technical and commercial knowledge of generator systems, including generator sizing, synchronization, AMF/ATS and power solutions.

• Experience with brands such as Cummins, Perkins, FG Wilson, Mitsubishi, MTU, Volvo Penta, Kohler, AKSA, Caterpillar or similar brands will be preferred.

• Proven track record in business development, team management, key account management and achieving sales targets.

• Excellent communication, negotiation and client relationship management skills.

• Saudi driving licence preferred.
