Job Title: Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and Implement Sales Strategies:
- Formulate and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve business goals and revenue targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and market segments to drive growth.
Build and Maintain Customer Relationships:
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Conduct regular customer visits and meetings to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Lead Sales Team:
- Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team, providing guidance and support to achieve individual and team targets.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of the sales team, implementing improvement plans as needed.
Analyze Market Trends:
- Stay abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities and threats.
- Provide market insights and recommendations to the executive leadership team to inform strategic decision-making.
Sales Reporting and Forecasting:
- Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to the executive team.
- Use data-driven insights to adjust sales strategies and tactics for optimal results.
Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams:
- Work closely with the operations, customer service, and marketing teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
Negotiate Contracts and Agreements:
- Lead negotiations with clients to secure contracts and agreements that meet the company’s financial and operational objectives.
- Ensure all contracts are compliant with legal and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, logistics, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 7 years of progressive experience in sales management, with extensive experience in the trucking or logistics industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth in a competitive market.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English.
- Proficient in using CRM software, sales analytics tools, and digital technologies.
- Exceptional negotiation, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
