Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and Implement Sales Strategies:

  • Formulate and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve business goals and revenue targets.

• Build and Maintain Customer Relationships:

  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.

  • Provide market insights and recommendations to the executive leadership team to inform strategic decision-making.

• Sales Reporting and Forecasting:

  • Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to the executive team.
  • Use data-driven insights to adjust sales strategies and tactics for optimal results.

• Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams:

  • Work closely with the operations, customer service, and marketing teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of marketing campaigns and initiatives.

• Negotiate Contracts and Agreements:

  • Lead negotiations with clients to secure contracts and agreements that meet the company’s financial and operational objectives.
  • Ensure all contracts are compliant with legal and regulatory requirements.

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, logistics, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 7 years of progressive experience in sales management, with extensive experience in the trucking or logistics industry.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth in a competitive market.
• Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English.
• Proficient in using CRM software, sales analytics tools, and digital technologies.
• Exceptional negotiation, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
