Job Description - Sales Operation Specialist
JOB PURPOSEPrimary responsibility will be to manage the processing of sales release orders. This includes ensuring accurate documentation, coordinating with inventory teams for timely updates, and overseeing the lifting process. Additionally, play a crucial role in resolving any customer claims related to sales transactions.Description: Process Sales Release Orders Efficiently handle the processing of sales release orders.Ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and in a timely manner.Ensure timely delivery of orders as per the agreed timeframes Inventory Management Ensure all sales order related resources and materials are allocated SO, utilization efficiently in accordance with the agreed release order Report inventory level to Sales team in daily basis Customer Claim Resolution Address and resolve any customer claims or issues related to sales transactions promptly and effectively, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. Analysis and Reporting Analysis of the by-product sales data, upon the completion of orders, to identify and address any gaps and/or potential opportunities of improvement Present the data analytics report to stakeholders and make recommendations QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE & SKILLSMinimum Qualifications:Bachelor s degree in business administration, supply chain management, industrial engineering, or any relevant discipline Minimum Experience:1-3 years Skills:Planning and organization skills Intermediate level Knowledge of MS Excel/Power Point and Power BI Intermediate level Ability to troubleshoot issues amicably and effectively Customer Focus
