Sales Part timer

Purpose of the role:

Supports the store’s success by contributing to customer satisfaction, sales performance, and profitability while ensuring a consistent shopping experience aligned with company standards.

Roles, responsibility and authority:

Customer Focus

• Contribute to delivering a positive shopping experience for every customer interaction.


• Engage with customers in a professional and approachable manner, responding to their needs and providing accurate information.


• Support the implementation of the company’s customer service program and contributes to achieving customer satisfaction indicators.


• Maintain the cleanliness, order, and accurate pricing of the assigned section to enhance customer experience.


• Adhere to company standards on personal appearance, uniform, and overall cleanliness.

Sales of Products & Services

• Work towards achieving personal and store-level sales and service targets.


• Monitor progress against sales objectives and highlight opportunities or gaps to the line manager.


• Apply product and service knowledge to guide customers and promote value-added offerings.


• Provide input to store management on customer needs, competitor activity, and potential areas for improvement.


• Participate in seasonal campaigns and promotions in line with company guidelines.

Visual Merchandising

• Supports the implementation of planograms, displays, and promotional layouts in alignment with company standards.


• Ensures products in the assigned section are available, properly presented, and accurately priced.


• Contribute to maintaining store appearance through regular recovery and organization of displays.

Safety & Security

• Observes and reports potential security or safety concerns to the line manager.


• Contributes to minimizing stock losses by following shrinkage management practices.


• Acts in compliance with company policies and procedures.

Inventory Management

• Assists in managing stock levels, including accurate cycle counts and timely availability of received products on the sales floor.


• Ensure newly received items are displayed promptly and made available for customer purchase.


• Contribute to reducing clearance and open-box product ratios by supporting effective stock handling.

Self-Development

• Demonstrates commitment to continuous learning and adapts positively to change.


• Participates in training sessions and team meetings to build product knowledge and enhance performance.


• Seeks opportunities to broaden skills and knowledge in customer service, sales, and store operations.

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or higher; Diploma/bachelor’s degree preferred.


• 0–2 years of retail sales or customer service experience.


• Strong communication skills in Arabic & English.


• Basic numerical, computer, and POS system skills.


• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and peak seasons.
