Sales representative

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Tire Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of tire products, automotive solutions, and customer relationship management. The role involves managing showroom sales, visiting customers, developing business opportunities, and providing professional tire recommendations to meet customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Attend to customers in the showroom, understand their requirements, and recommend suitable tire solutions based on vehicle type, usage, driving conditions, and budget.
  
• Conduct regular customer visits to develop new business opportunities, maintain strong relationships, and increase tire sales.
  
• Promote and sell passenger tires, commercial tires, off-road tires, and related automotive products.
  
• Provide customers with detailed product information, including tire sizes, specifications, performance ratings, warranty terms, and technical benefits.
  
• Identify customer needs and provide professional recommendations to improve customer satisfaction and sales performance.
  
• Follow up on sales leads, quotations, and customer inquiries to maximize conversion opportunities.
  
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with individual customers, workshops, fleets, and business clients.
  
• Process sales transactions accurately through the point-of-sale system.
  
• Monitor inventory levels, support stock organization, and coordinate product availability when required.
  
• Follow up with customers after purchase to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
  
• Stay updated on tire market trends, competitor products, new technologies, and automotive industry developments.
  
• Work with the sales team to achieve monthly sales targets and improve overall customer experience.
  

Requirements:

• Previous experience in tire sales, automotive sales, or related fields.
  
• Good knowledge of tire brands, specifications, sizes, and applications.
  
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  
• Ability to build customer relationships and achieve sales targets.
  
• Valid driving license (preferred for customer visits).
  
• Arabic and English communication skills are preferred.
  

Requirements

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; a background in sales or automotive-related fields is preferred.
  
• Previous experience in tire sales, automotive sales, or customer-facing sales roles is highly desirable.
  
• Good knowledge of tire products, specifications, sizes, and basic automotive solutions is preferred.
  
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  
• Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build long-term customer relationships.
  
• Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment and manage multiple priorities.
  
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems.
  
• Ability to achieve sales targets and follow up on customer opportunities.
  
• Valid driving license is preferred for customer visits.
