Sales Representative willwork as a sales associate and help support the Managers andDirectors from the Partnerships team to drive commercialopportunities across these sectors and othersectors.

Responsibilities:

  • Acquiresnew customers by reaching out to leads
  • Servesexisting customers by optimizing the currentplan
  • Adjusts sales tactics based on tests andnew insights in the field
  • Resolves customercomplaints and queries
  • Maintains monthly orbimonthly minimum goals
  • Completes marketresearch and monitors competitoractivity
  • Maintains documentation of customercontact and account updates
  • Adjusts the contentof sales presentations
  • Focuses sales efforts bystudying existing and potential volume ofdealers
  • Submits orders by referring to pricelists and product literature
  • Keeps managementinformed by submitting activity and results reports such as dailycall reports weekly work plans and monthly and annual territoryanalyses
  • Monitors competition by gatheringcurrent marketplace information on pricing products new productsdelivery schedules and merchandisingtechniques
  • Recommends changes in productsservices and policies by evaluating results and competitivedevelopments
  • Provides historical records bymaintaining records on area and customer sales Contributes to teameffort by accomplishing related results asneeded

Requirements

  • Bachelorsdegree in Sales or equivalent.
  • 12 yearsexperience or a competitive clientsportfolio.
  • Relevant industryexperience.
  • Excellent communicationskills
  • Good English Verbal andwritten
