Role Overview:

The SALES SPECIALIST will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities:

·       Identify and target new business opportunities through market research and analysis.

·       Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.

·       Conduct sales presentations and negotiate contracts with clients.

·       Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop tailored solutions for clients.

·       Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities.

·       Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.

·       Prepare regular reports on sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts.

·       Create proposals for existing clients to improve their business by utilizing company services.

·       Prepare sales reports and forecasts .

·       Manage and mentor the Business development & sales team .

·       Develop and implement sales strategies .

·       Any task assigned by the direct manager .

Qualifications:

·       Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

·       1 to 2 Proven experience as a Business Development or sales 

·       Strong knowledge of the industry and market trends.

·       Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

·       Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.

·       Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

·       Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
